When Frank & Mary Weikert opened Dallas Deli over 20 years ago, their authentic Texas-style barbecue made Dallas Deli famous in this area. Since 2003 that tradition to cook low and slow with Texas-style dry rub has been maintained by the current owners, Sam and Kim Barnes.
